Navagating Broken Hearts
Post 2: Giving Yourself Permission to Grieve
Theme: Letting go of timelines and expectations. Reflect on where God may be present in this season, even if you cannot clearly feel Him. Write a prayer or letter expressing your questions, doubts, or longing for comfort. Remember that faith does not require perfect words—only a willing heart.

Faith reminds us that heartbreak is not the end of the story. Even when life feels fractured, God is still present—working gently, patiently, and lovingly in the unseen places of your heart. Restoration does not mean returning to who you once were, but becoming someone wiser, stronger, and more deeply rooted in grace. What was broken is not discarded; it is rebuilt with purpose. Trust that even in moments of silence and sorrow, God is holding your heart, restoring what was lost, and preparing you for healing that reaches far beyond what you imagined possible.
